We now have 48 piles pushed through the pool floor; the piling contractor hopes to complete all piling work by Monday 16th October.
The slides have been carefully removed and set aside, the slide supports are remaining in place at this stage.
All the coping stones have been removed from the fountain and they have started to clean them off ready to reset. The render on the fountain walls has been removed.
They are still removing the blue mosaic tile band from the pool walls, whilst completing this task they have discovered areas of render on the pool walls that has blown from the concrete, so they will have to remove sections and re-render these areas.
